Monthly Meetings

TRLA meets the second Tuesday of each month for breakfast at a senior living community in the Triad. Breakfast is served and networking begins at 8:30am. The business meeting begins at 9am and usually lasts one hour. An optional tour of the host senior living community usually follows each meeting. For meeting information, click on EVENTS in the main menu bar.

Our monthly meetings feature a 20 minute speaker (generally not a TRLA member) on a topic of interest to the seniors we serve and a 5 minute speaker (generally a TRLA member). If you would like to host a TRLA meeting at your senior living community, be a speaker, or recommend a 20 minute speaker for any of our meetings, please contact the current Vice-President.
