Winter is a time to move inward. A time to explore our thoughts, feelings and hopes. Art journaling is a powerful tool to help us focus, relax, plan and heal depending on your individual mindset and situation. The main thing you need is an unlined art journal and the willingness to try something new.
Join CAN-NC and Jennifer Donley as we create a mindful art community open to all creatives. Whether seasoned or a beginner, artists, writers, poets, crafters and more are welcome to our mindful art community.
Mondays on Zoom
Starting January 4th through February 22nd
10:30am – 12:00pm
Participants will learn journaling techniques to quiet our minds, explore our worlds (inner and outer) and stimulate creativity. The instructor will suggest an art assignment for each week, but if your creativity takes you down another path, please follow it!! And then share your creative journey with us on Monday.
